Over lockdown i was delighted to be asked by a Henley Business School coaching colleague to develop the coaching resources specific to the NHS programme for Leadership in Personalised Care in 2022-2024.
One of the highlights was to re-gather with our coaches to see how their practice was manifesting and whether the resources were shaped in a way that was useful for each and every coach across the programme that worked with 1000 delegates across the UK over 2 years.
