Sarah is well known for her work with arts organisations and museums wishing to develop what they do to the benefit of a wider diversity and demographic as a matter of principle and best practice.  Whilst working at the Arts Council England, Sarah played a key role in developing the Creative Case for Diversity online.

Sarah not only understands the Creative Case for Diversity better than anyone I know she is also able to inspire organisations to embrace it as means to transform and challenge themselves and the wider sector.

In 2017, close collaboration with the Museums Association, she was been instrumental in developing and delivering Transformers, Diversify  – a new leadership initiative radically diversifying the workforce in Museums.

Sarah’s  in depth understanding of the internal and external barriers that people face in the sector and when working in museums is second to none. Working with Sarah has been a learning journey for me as well as the participants.
