    Developing the artist user voice for Outside In through training artists and ambassadors to enrich organisational values and advocate for the organisation.I’ve been working with Outside In in different ways since its inception, training the board of trustees, supporting staff members through coaching and consultancy. However the most resonant work has been shaping the Artist Advisory Group to influence and shape of the organisation and designing the training for organisational Ambassadors.
