Trained in dance and drama, with a career in television puppetry and digital production, I have always challenged accepted narratives and assumed norms about who can do what and why.
This has continued into my executive accredited coaching and diversity consultancy practices that are all about letting fresh air into stifled systems and challenging unhelpful notions of who we are and what is possible.
Accessibility, inclusion and Disability Justice sit at the heart of what I do and are what give me my professional edge and insight, informed by personal experience of living with chronic pain.
I know what questions to ask and when to lean in or stand back, to test or to reflect, in order to encourage new ways of thinking, seeing and experiencing. It is my joy to do this.

Transforming Leadership Posted in: Coaching and Supervision, Leadership - Transforming Leadership was a coaching and leadership programme that I helped shape alongside the brillliant team at Access All Areas. How lucky was I to work and still work alongside my co-chair, Charlene Salter.

In January 2025, we built a new web platform Syncing Space to share the leadership thinking and showcase the resulting artwork from our 4 brilliant artists.
