Sarah is passionate about developing potential so that people can achieve great things.
A qualified Executive and Team Coach with over a decade of experience. Sarah continues to develop her coaching practice through her MSc studies in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, practicing across arts, culture, heritage, business, education and creative media. She is currently researching the impact of coaching on disabled leadership. Her individual coaching programmes are tailor-made for those leading organisations or themselves through change and transition.
With a passion for working with groups, Sarah’s team coaching programmes and approaches are gaining traction with leadership teams wishing to work more cohesively with more impact in these extraordinary times.
Sarah has designed and delivered leadership coaching with over 200+ clients in the UK, Australia, Singapore, South Korea and Canada through a range of her own and other’s leadership programmes, recognisable for their inclusive accessible design.
Sarah’s consultancy is all about supporting organisations to be better, fairer more equitable, representative and inclusive in all that they do. From radically different equalities and diversity training with a focus on bias, to bespoke approaches to digital inclusion, working with Sarah is always an event in itself.
Why is this? Well Sarah also heads up Cusp Inc, an internationally recognised agency which hosts her arts and digital projects and productions run with a brilliant cohort of activists, creatives and critical thinkers.
