Barefoot Coaching Coach Supervisor

Coaches hold a difficult but vital role in supporting arts and culture leaders and workers to thrive in what can only be described as impossibly unpredictable times.

I am a firm believer in the transformational power of coaching and coaching supervision is a developing and vital practice for coaches who wish to interrogate their ethics and values in their practice.

I believe coaches worth their weight should have regular coaching supervision in their year, that allows them to reflect on work with their clients so they feel empowered and reassured to hold the best space for their clients. I do and it changes everything.

My coaching supervision practice works with individual clients but also is part of the leadership programmes where I facilitate supervision with coaching teams.
