Coaching Supervision

a sunrise with the sun bright orange reflected twice in teh water but also another set of still water. It shows the coach, coachee and supervisor relationship

At the start of 2026, I took myself away to an aurvedic retreat for a reset and reboot. Something i do for a month every 2 years.

Esconsed in nature and by a roaring sea,  I spent time gathering my thoughts amongst other things on how i wanted to make a case for Coaching Supervision as something that I offer more regularly in my suite of coaching interventions in morning beach ambling as the sun rose.

I’m still a giddy fan of coaching and I know that some of the practice out there falls short a little when quick accreditation resources new practitioners too lightly and simply.

For coaches, be they newly qualified or even established need to have CPD that explores in these complex times the challenges adn ethics of coaching through supervision that is reflective, refreshing coaching values but also warm and nourishing. That’s what you get if you meet me in supervision space. I ask you to join me there. sarah@cuspinc.org
