Group Coaching Supervision

A aggragated set of photos in Black and Whit e with the orange logo of a diversity of Inclusive Cultures coaches for Clore Leadership

As part of Inclusive Cultures – a programme I designed and delivered over the last 5 years alongside an amazing group of disabled coach leaders for Clore Leadership, I’ve shaped reflective space  for the coaches holding coaching conversations with our cohort of 40 yearly to reflect on their coaching and the impact it has had. Not only perceived impact on those involved but what emerges in the role as coach.

I do this as a matter of respect and good practice for coaches and coaching too and because we’re living in such difficult time and within such complex work terrains. It’s essential that we can keep effective, reflect on what has worked and share approaches and breakthroughs.

Being with my team means everything to me, we are all about collective liberation, believing as disabled leaders that coaching practices really can unleash where things are stuck for us and others in manifesting equity and justice.
