Consultancy and Training is always a pleasure. I’m not preachy in the way I share what I know. It’s all about suggestion and involvement.
I work across many different areas in this respect always with equity and inclusion built in from having difficult conversations to action learning facilitation to inclusive culture best practice or how to develop an empowerered representative advisory group beyond token gestures.
My training is about creating the right conditions for those who should have more control, agency and artistry to take their rightful place on their terms in projects that want to involve them or don’t yet know they need to.
I design my own courses and it really matters how they look and feel. I always want those I work with to feel treasured and seen. My work in this respect is reflective, evaluative or both and allows people to see things through a new lens, feeling more skilled and confident when things have become stale or stuck.

Relaxed @Wellcome - In 2023, I was commissioned by the Wellcome Collection to explore the impact of their Relaxed Event programme.Working alongside a group of Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent consultants, we experienced the offer over a number of months and made suggestions of what might work more effectively in future iterations and exhibitions.
Outside In - Developing the artist user voice for Outside In through training artists and ambassadors to enrich organisational values and advocate for the organisation.I've been working with Outside In in different ways since its inception, training the board of trustees, supporting staff members through coaching and consultancy. However the most resonant work has been shaping the Artist Advisory Group to influence and shape of the organisation and designing the training for organisational Ambassadors.
