With a leadership qualification in Process Work, facilitation is something I love to do, be that working with a few in focus group to facilitating a major sector conference for the Museums Association, I’m experienced in all.
The key is being mindful and respectful of all who are gathered, who is not coming through or being represented with access as a paramount consideration and where authenticity and honesty is encouraged and welcomed for solutions to be found.
Good facilitation will not always be easy but will appear effortless. I’ll do the work to prepare and ensure that you get what you want from your event and more besides.

Syncing Space - On the back of some research into Sync and the take up for our programmes of work, i wanted to see if leadership learning for learning disabled/autistic visual artists might be best delivered through an accessible Sync Shorts online arts residency. In January 2025, we built a new web platform Syncing Space to share the leadership thinking and showcase the resulting artwork from our 4 brilliant artists. 
Amplify ITV - Initiated by ITV Creative Diversity Partners, Nahrein Kemp and Sam Tatlow MBE in 2023 for Deaf, disabled and neurodiverse leaders, Amplify ran for 10 months with design and facilitation by myself as coach and leadership specialist.
