As Diversity Associate for Clore Leadership, I have been designing and helming Inclusive Cultures since its inception in 2020 working with 35 leaders annually, provoking new ways of working for those who want to think outside the box of their current understanding of what inclusion might infer.
Now in its fifth year, the programme will continue to provoke new ways of thinking for cultural leaders who want to meet the diversity of needs and circumstances they encounter in our cultural lives today, changing ways of thinking, framing and ultimately doing things.
I delight in working alongside 5 utterly brilliant disabled coaches: Alia Alzougbi, Alinah Azadeh, Hayley Hindle, John Kelly and Deborah Williams with invited disabled sector leaders at the cutting edge of their practice in dynamic morning seminars and afternoon coaching conversations.
