    Transforming Leadership was a coaching and leadership programme that I helped shape alongside the brillliant team at Access All Areas. When I joined the organisation as chair I knew that I didn’t want to do this on my own but alongside one of the artist associates. How lucky was I to work and still work alongside my co-chair, Charlene Salter.

    On the back of some research into Sync and the take up for our programmes of work, i wanted to see if leadership learning for learning disabled/autistic visual artists might be best delivered through an accessible Sync Shorts online arts residency. In January 2025, we built a new web platform Syncing Space to share the leadership thinking and showcase the resulting artwork from our 4 brilliant artists.

    Sync Leadership is the only disabled-led global facing leadership and coaching programme for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent leaders working in arts, culture, heritage and media.

    Sync has worked with over 300 leaders since its inception and creates access where there hasn’t been to coaching practices and leadership learning, changing lives irrevocably.

    As a Diversity Associate for Clore Leadership, I have been designing and helming Inclusive Cultures since its inception in 2020 working with 35 leaders annually, provoking new ways of working for cultural leaders who want to think outside the box of their current understanding of what inclusive cultures might infer.
