Transforming Leadership

Transforming Leadership was a coaching and leadership programme that I helped shape alongside the brillliant team at Access All Areas. When I joined the organisation as chair I knew that I didn’t want to do this on my own but alongside one of the artist associates. How lucky was I to work and still work alongside my co-chair, Charlene Salter.

Investment in diversifying leadership through Arts Council England, has been a thing in the last few years and we road the wave of this new focus, creating associate leaders across different leadership functions within the organisation and it has changed us.

The programme went onto resource a national programme working with other learning disabled theatre organisations across the country.
